Spoke with the owners-son, claims he’s a business man and cares for the customer. I arranged plans for a birthday, due to weather conditions, canceled (totally understandable). I simply have no need for the balloon ride as I am not from the area. Called to get a hopeful refund as in respects weather downplayed my events. These cheapskates will REFUSE to give you your money back and show zero sympathy for the customer. Skyline is $470 richer while the customer is left upset with no resolution. TERRIBLE COMPANY
It was a great experience flying with a balloon for about an hour, the weather was nice enough to see the surrounding area and enjoy the fresh breeze up in the air
Great experience! Highly recommend this for anyone who has balloon ride on their bucket list!
Omg this was amazing they are so friendly they made this whole experience unforgettable everyone should do this I am extremely afraid of heights yet the moment we were up high it was so peaceful I forgot about it will definitely be doing this again with them soon
