Their products are fine but Alejandro, the manager, told me that due to COVID, they weren't accepting returns. This may have been true but sounded made up.nnThe change in return policy should have been discliosed to me prior to my purchase. That's just a business courtesy.
Worst store ever. I ordered over $2000 worth of flooring over a month ago and yet to receive it. After I ordered it I was told it was going to be delivered the following week. So I called a week later after ordering it and they told me it was back ordered and that it would be delivered on 9/10/2020 or 9/11/2020. I contacted them today on 9/9/2020 to see if my order was in and they told me that it didn't come in on the truck today that it would be in next week and to top it off I never once received a call from the store saying it was back ordered and wouldn't be in until today and delivered tomorrow or Thursday. I had to contact them every time about my order. I would highly recommend not shopping at this store. I would of been better off ordering flooring from the Home Depot or Lowes. The workers at this store are unprofessional and will just keep giving you the run around. If I could give this store negative stars I would give it a negative 10.

I would like to thank Alenjandro for helping us with everything that we needed to do the right job he has a good customer service. In the other hand there was another sales rep that didn't want to help us so but besides that I will give them a 5 stars
