Very rude! He waits until 11pm the night before he is scheduled to come do work then cancels through a text message. Very unprofessional. I got a quote from him to fix some flooring and he was upset that I didn't want him to come the very next day. I scheduled for him to come on a following Monday, he waits till 11pm the night before to cancel. I am glad I didn't not have him do any work.nnEdit: to add a reply to your response... Hey buddy don't be in business if you can't act professional. You're response proves what a terrible person you are. I am glad I will not give you any business and I hope everyone who reads your childish responses takes their money elsewhere. And it looks like I'm not the only one who has a problem!

Wow! I was shocked! I called the numbering the google business page and had no answers but the voice message indicated to leave a voice message or text with detail. I sent text messages of the damage and what needed to be done. Before I was able to send the message for him to please let me know if can help . He sent back one message “can you please stop texting me I’m in Tennessee right now” This was very unprofessional and rude. Not using them ever and I will not recommend them.

Joe did an excellent job repairing my shower head that was leaking, his job was very clean and it was done in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Joe for any kind of home projects. Joe is very knowledgeable for any kind of work in the home. Thank you Joe!

Joe is always there when I need him. He doesn't gouge me on the price, even when it's urgent, and for that reason I continue to count on him.
