JOANN Fabrics and Crafts

The Big Twist yarn has become one of my favorites. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I like the pick up store option but wish we could apply more coupons upon check out in the app like we are able to do so in store. Maybe it is just me, but their rewards program is a little confusing on how to use them. All in all Joann is a great place because they always have great sales going on.

They had some great deals. The bathroom situation was definitely not ideal (strong urine smell)...and they only had one chaser up front so the line was pretty long.nnHowever! Kala at the register was a rockstar! She was so sweet and even though it was super busy, she was very professional and quick!

The associate Carrie is really rude. I did a order pickup yesterday and they were taking long to let me know my order was ready so since I was near I stopped by and asked if It was ready or if I can just grab the item if it wasn’t and she was instantly rude. She was no help at all and seemed so bothered by just doing her job. She said it wasn’t going to be ready till tomorrow. I went home and as soon as I got their I got an email my order was ready. I went the next day there was a line outside so I called (since it’s an order pick up). They did not answer the phone at all. I called several times. I assumed they were busy so I went to the mall and decided to come back later when they weren’t busy. I went back and called and they weren’t picking up their phones once again. It didn’t seem busy so I was getting a bit frustrated. I went inside and their was only one other customer checking out at the registers and then their was Carrie on the other register doing nothing and not picking up my phone call. I walked to the line at the register to get my one item and she walked away instead of helping me with my order. I waited for the other associate to help me but it got me upset with such bad customer service she has given time and time again. I understand she doesn’t like her job but she doesn’t have to have an attitude or not do her job properly. She made my experience terrible at joanns. I have never had a great experience here. No one ever asks if you need any help. The times I’ve gone there has been long lines, only one person at the register, and plenty of associates. Good customer service goes a long way.

I love their fabric selection. Definitely have everything you need for any sewing project. I also buy some of their baking stuff once in a while. They had really cute candy molds & cookie cutters.

The people that work there are amazing and very helpful not to mention friendly and attentive. The moment you walk in, you are greeted and also asked if you need any help with finding a certain item. Overall this place is awesome
