I decided to give Anton's a try when the dry cleaner I was using had to move to Woburn. My first experience with Anton's was mediocre. Although the staff was friendly they stained 3 of my dress shirts and broke buttons on two others. To their credit they agreed to re-clean the shirts when I brought them back in, but did not offer to replace the buttons on the other shirts.nnAssuming this was an anomaly I decided to give them another try. On my next order I discovered that they ripped one of my dress shirts. When I brought it back to Anton's and spoke to the manager he told me it was not their fault, despite the tear clearly being in the area where they clamp the shirts to be pressed. I was disappointed that they refused to acknowledge their mistake. As a result of these two experiences I would absolutely not refer any friends or family to this Anton's.
