I've had multiple pairs of expensive hiking pants repaired and altered by Winn. I'm repeatedly impressed with the quality of stitching and strategic, invisible patching I would have never thought to try myself. Thanks very much for extending the life of my favorite clothing. So green too!
I brought some sweaters here to be dry-cleaned. They came back smelling strongly of chemicals. Took weeks for them to stop smelling enough for me to be comfortable wearing them.
I've been using the wash and fold service here for about two years now and they have provided the best service and value! Highly recommend them.
i just move to Davis Square area and my apartment doesn'tnhave a laundry machine. I've tried wash/fold service, only $1/lb, there is nowhere could've been cheaper than that. I totally amazed about the result, my laundry folded nicely and picked up in the same day. Definitely be back
Don’t even want to give it one star. They’re incompetent. I have a coat that I’ve been able to take anywhere and everywhere and they somehow think it’s a special coat that needs special treatment. I pick it up so late after dropping it off that they should have had time to give it the extra special treatment it apparently deserves and they did nothing. It was returned to me undone, not even sent through to at least freshen it up. I was going to bring my real fur coat to them, but I clearly won’t be. First world issues, but do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else, there are a million others.
