Edgewood Restaurant

I ordered the bronzed scallops app and elk dinner and it was phenomenal. My husband got the tasting menu and was very good. Normally would expect the tasting menu to be the best the restaurant has to offer, so he was slightly disappointed. I went with the recommendations of our waiter and that was definitely the way to go. Nice views. Great service.

We visited Lake Tahoe for our wedding anniversary and the experience and decided to have dinner at Edgewood restaurant to celebrate the evening. The overall experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and the food was just outstanding in every way - visually and taste wise. We also got a table with the perfect view! Our server Aaron was so awesome, he made sure we enjoyed the food and the service! If you are visiting Lake Tahoe and have time to experience some fancy fine dining - you have to check out this place! It was a perfect way to end our anniversary ud83dude07

This is by far the best culinary experience we had during the whole trip. The view of the restaurant is fantastic so is the food! The server was EXCELLENT. He made really good suggestions that make my mouth water right now just as I think of it. The duck was perfect and so was the elk. We were afraid that the elk would be gamey but it wasn’t. My wife is not a fan of meat but she really enjoyed the elk. The wine... oh the wine!! It was perfect!! I wanted to order a Orin swift they had which I love and Aaron I believe was his name recommended the Isosceles from Justin. It was magnificent, the best wine I had during the whole trip! You are welcome!

This place is amazing. The food is good. The service is great. The view is second to none. It's a must every time we go to Takoe.
