I brought in my beautiful cream and earthtone but severely spotted rug. I had gotten used to the dirt and spots over the years. The day I picked up the rug it looked like new with its vivid colors and no trace of any spots, and a beautiful nap. Amazing and I highly recommend them.nnOn top of the exceptional service, they also organized charity events, feeding and clothing people in need.nnReview is four stars because of such high pressure sales methods and high price.

Noor's Oriental Rugs is an amazing rug restoration service. Noor, the owner of the shop is a very sweet man. He gave my father and I tea when we came into his shop and after chatting with him, it was clear that he truly cares about the craftsmanship of the rugs when they were made. He cleaned and repaired our rugs and they looked beautiful. Noor really cares about the work he does and I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for quality work.

Took my heirloom 9x12 oriental rug to be cleaned, and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Mr Nooraee was incredibly transparent about the entire cleaning and conditioning process, and even taught me about the provenance of my rug and the history of its design. The results were even better than I had hoped for, especially since this rug has seen a bit of abuse over the years.

I brought an Afghan rug that I bought at a consignment store to Mr. Noor to be cleaned. Mr. Noor identified the rug for me, we chatted about other topics (he organizes volunteer work with local shelters and is generally an interesting man to chat with), he gave me a fair price and did a wonderful job on the rug. Overall, excellent experience supporting a local business.
