Worst service ever! They cleaned only half of the spot my dress had and argue the material was difficult to work. They kept it for a second try and there was not difference. They blamed my dress but if the could remove half of the stain (water) they could have done the other half too. They still wanted to charge my 16 dollars what I didn’t want to pay. She “accepted” 10 dollars or she said she will call the police. If you want to waste your money and get back your clothes still not clean go to Utopia. Felt like an utopia to get my dress properly done.
Service always perfect. One of the best press staffs in Boston is doing his great work and makes my blouses perfect and new looking! They are awesome.
Super friendly people and good service. Been going for years.
They completely cleaned my two dirty lab coats, even the sweat stains around the collar that I thought I was stuck with. And they had it all done a day before I was actually supposed to pick them up. Can't ask for a better dry cleaner. I will do business with them in the future.
