Twice the cost of dry cleaner in Cambridge. Clothes so looked good. Just really expensive in comparison. Could have bought new clothes for cost.
Highly displeased with the service I received here. I dropped something off on Friday and specifically asked what time I should show up on Monday since it was Christmas Eve, they told me after 5 and my ticket says after 5 PM.I showed up at 5:05 and the two young ladies behind the counter told me they couldn't open the door or help me out because I should have been in earlier although the ticket the girl behind the counter gave me said 5 p.m. I plan this whole trip around this, and now my wife has no outfit to wear to Christmas dinner thanks to these people. The girls gave us mean looks when we first showed up to the door, never mind before we ask anything. When we asked him if they could please grab it they yelled at us they couldn't open the door and that there was nothing they could do. They could have been polite about it, but they gave us an extremely annoyed look and basically told us oh well you should have been here earlier. Thank you so much guys I hope you have a wonderful Merry Christmas.

I kept asking for the price as I was being measured for an alteration. I assumed she wasn't responding because she was hard of hearing, but it turned out she was waiting until she was done so I wouldn't leave when she told me the ridiculous price. She threw an angry fit when I decided to take my business elsewhere, and tried to make me pay for her time measuring me, despite my repeated attempts to get a quote prior. Scam.
