Outstanding experience so far! I live in Kentucky and have searched nearly the entire country for the right pontoon boat for my family, we found it at American Marine.nnMy salesperson Eric Peterson has been awesome! From countless emails, texts, and calls, he’s been super helpful throughout the entire buying process. Whether it was answering my questions or sending pictures and videos, he’s always responsive even after hours and on his day off. He even made hotel arrangements when I came to town to look over the boat. Truly a professional who’s went above and beyond for me.nnLynn in the office has been super helpful in walking me through the financing process and options. I really got the feeling that she loves her job and is looking out for my best interests as a customer.nnI scheduled my pickup with Carol for this Spring with no issues and she assured me the weather will be Perfect ud83dude01.nnMore to come once I pick the boat up this April, but wanted to give props where props are due while it’s still fresh in my mind.

Had a great experience working with John our salesperson. It was actually his day off and had just stopped in for a bit. But he did not hesitate to help us with our shopping for an outboard motor. Got a great motor at a very reasonable price and they even kicked a gas tank. Everyone we interacted with were terrific in serving us. Thank you all. Happy St. Patty's Day American Marine!!

Salesperson that took care of us was great when we where there to purchase a UTV and trailer. Gave us a great deal! However, about a month after the sale I noticed my trailer was sitting lopsided. Upon closer inspection the trailer had 2 different sized rims and tires and caused one of the bearings to give out. This was a brand new trailer !!! Fortunately I caught this before our trip up north ! I called and was told I needed to talk to Tom in service. I called over a dozen times with no return call. Tried to call management with no return call. Finally just gave up. While the service before the sale is great ! The service after the sale is sub par at best.

Matt was very knowledgeable on the products, no sales pressure. We feel we negotiated a fair price in these times of high demand and low inventory. Highly recommend!

Sherrie our sales person was fantastic! She worked hard for the sale quoting, re quoting and digging for the proper equipment - she was Outstanding!! Although we did not end up purchasing our boat from her (due to a inter-family sale) she is someone to trust & work with when making a boating purchase!
