I have been with them for over 30 years. It started when I needed specialized insurance to cover equipment held on behalf of an association. Tom nailed the correct pairing between need and coverage. I was so impressed I switched our personal coverages to him. Tom is knowledgeable, forward-looking, personable, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend.

Called for a quote and Tom REPEATEDLY insulted me. When I asked for an apology, continued to yell and hung up on me. If you want poor treatment, it seems this is the place.
