On Saturday, prior to undertaking a home project I went to Sherwin Williams for professional advice and to purchase supplies that would be needed. Aaron supplied me with both while he trained a new employee. It is clear that Aaron is a perfectionist and he is extremely helpful and patient. I’ve had only positive experiences here and dealing with Aaron and Matt is a pleasure! 5 stars!
The sales associates was very attentive and was able to mix a custom paint quickly.
A paint store is a lot like a bait shop for fisherman, or a lumber store for carpenters. Two things matter: high quality fairly priced products, and a knowledgeable friendly staff. My neighborhood Sherwin-Williams store is making an effort in both of these areas, and I really appreciate it.

Why would I recommend Sherwin-Williams Arlington MA: 1. Because S-W paint is one of the best paints for interior/exterior; 2. the 2 guys who manage the Arlington MA store (Matt and Aaron) are terrific; totally 100% customer-service pros; they make you feel welcome to be in their store; and explain all the S-W perks you (and your painter) are eligible for. Also: frequent S-W discounts and sales save me and my painter a lot of money. I love the ColorSnap online tool; it was easy to use and helped me pick the color for my house (painting over aluminum & vinyl siding which I didn't know you could do until my painter told me); I could even compare 5 pictures in a row to choose the right color. The Resilience paint we used is really nice: it covers so well the siding looks NEW; everything S-W said it would do. I heard that my account file is eligible for discounts at ALL S-W stores; unlike its closest competitor. This is very important to me. I LOVE the color I chose: Willow Tree for exterior. Great colors to choose from. I am telling everyone I know you can paint siding and sending them to Sherwin-Williams. I did NOT receive any compensation or credit for this review; I just love S-W!
