Bought 2 kitchen appliances from Wickford appliance and am very happy with sales & installation. Paulette Morey was my sales rep and she is so knowledgeable in all the brands. I got a great price & installation was easy & professional with them. Buying my 3rd appliance shortly from them. Highly recommend them

I went to Wickford Appliance completely upset from my experience with Sears Appliance. Sears had delivered the wrong washer and dryer set up twice and I had been without a washer and dryer for 5 weeks! I finally cancelled my order with Sears on a Saturday and went straight to Wickford Appliance on Memorial Day weekend. They were awesome to me and even delivered a brand new washer and dryer 3 hours later for the same price as what Sears was charging me. They even price match! The delivery people were professional and made a special trip just to deliver my washer and dryer. I will not buy an appliance from anywhere else. Buy local whenever possible!!!!

I bought a Jennair down draft range. After 2 years the electronics failed due to excess heat. I was told the stove was out of warranty and was charged for the repair ($455) six month later the same failure occurred and was told that I would have to buy the service and the part again. I called Jennair to complain and they informed me that the part had a 5 year warranty and I should only pay for the labor. I confronted wickford about this and they said they made a mistake and they did refund the price of the part. Hmm... I wonder if they will contact all customers and refund the repair work? Somehow I don't think corrupt companies would do such a thing

Just buy on sale at Home Depot and replace when it breaks.nnThe repair prices are absurdly high. You might as well buy a new one! My $1000 JennAir needed a computer chip. $750 estimate. So we opted to buy a new stove for $700. The new stove glass top broke the next year. The repair bill was $500. The new glass top wasnt as good as the old top and it scratched within a week. We bought a dishwasher from these guys at the same time. The installation was crooked and we have to lift the thing up to load it every time. The guy said he would fix it, but didnt have time. He left. Everything about these guys sucks.
