The service here is great!! If you know what you want they can help you find it in a flash. Everyone in the store is safe and friendly. We bought a small fridge today but have bought many other appliances here. I love the security of knowing someone will come to my home if I need any repairs. So far that has t been needed but it just makes me feel better knowing I can call in case of problems. We love Wickford Appliances.

Had a fantastic experience with Rosa today. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon with two kids in tow, we found and ordered our appliances quickly, she was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Great service by knowledgeable sales staff that are there to meet your needs. My wife and I got in and out with three appliances in less time than than it took fo our lunch to be served. While we had a good idea of what we wanted, to purchase,, we did review a number of attractive options. Prices are fair, knowledge is very high and service is flat excellent. We will see them in another decade or so when want new appliances again.
