My original write-up: Great doctors but their handling of phone calls is absolutely horrible!!nnUPDATE: They've obviously put work into their handling of phone calls. And the staff is as friendly and helpful as always.

I felt like I needed to review based on my great experience, and the fact I unfortunately went into my first appointment a bit skeptical based on some of the previous reviews.nnMy appointment was very informative, and I saw the doctor fairly quickly, who addressed my concerns and made necessary changes to my contacts and explained why. Despite it being the end of the day during a holiday week, everyone in the office was friendly. At the end of my appointment, I waited to browse through the optical shop. With Covid, only 1 person at a time is allowed, and it was approaching 5PM. They offered myself and two other people to set an appointment the same week to come back, which I appreciated.

Dr.Ireland is phenomenal to say the least.. my questions concerns always answered the staff very friendly and ready to help. Would and have recommended Koch eye!!!
