All staff including my hygienist so welcoming and friendly! Cleaning and x-rays all done carefully and gently! Would recommend this practice to any looking for a dental home! Really like the Doctor as well!! See you all in September!

The office manager Diane is amazing. There were a few things I was very confused about from a communication and billing standpoint. She went out of her way to call me and alleviate all of my concerns and walked me through a lot of outstanding questions I had about elective work I was curious to make in addition to making sure I had rescheduled appointments for cleanings at my convenience.

The ambience in the office is exceptional. From the front desk to the examining rooms, every person is upbeat, thoughtful, often very funny and fun, and genuinely glad to serve us. Dr. Rogers and her staff, in addition to doing all my regular dental upkeep, have fitted me for Invisaligns and worked with me over the last year and a half to make the experience as easy as possible and truly successfuI. In the midst of my Invisalign process, Dr. Coleman performed a very successful dental implant. In both cases, the doctors and their staff made me comfortable and confident. I recommend Coastal Dental to anyone looking for a full service serve

The doctors and hygienists here are good at their jobs. However, I have had billing and communication issues with this office. Despite an unexpected fee being caused by the receptionist assuming I was covered instead of checking, they refused to admit fault. The next time I needed a filling, I asked the receptionist to call me the day before the procedure and give me an estimated cost, and I never received one. That means I had to go not knowing what I would be charged, or pay a $50 cancel fee. Additionally, they have criticized my decisions to seek care elsewhere: for an implant and clear aligners. However, there were no issues with the results of the aligners and this office would not answer their phone after calling multiple times throughout the week. So, I emailed them and it took over a week for them to reply, causing me to reach out to other offices that could schedule me sooner and answer my questions in a timely manner. If the receptionists here were more professional and punctual, I would recommend them to everyone I know. It is unfortunate that I have to work with them to see Stacey Rogers, who does an amazing job.
