After being a patient for many years I had to switch doctors. When I called with concerns, my doctor would NEVER call me back. On top of that, I was sent for blood work but the blood work order was incorrect. When I called to address it with the doctor, I never received a call back. Everytime I tried reaching my doctor, the front desk person would never let me through. She would just take messages and when I called back with medical questions, she would try and give advice instead of putting me on phone with my doctor. Never let me speak to my doctor. On top of that the place is really ran down. I like the doctor but she really needs to return calls and stop hiring really cheap borderline incompetent front desk staff. Return calls, higher competent people and spend money on an office that's in better shape.

Dr. Wen has been my doctor for about 10 years. She's awesome. She's very easy to talk to, has a wonderful memory and treats you like a patient that she cares for. She'll be my primary care for many years to come.
