I write this review to say what a wonderful practice this is. The new providers are wonderful. Our entire family are patients of this practice. I thank the entire staff and the providers who were so helpful when our family was going through something terrible. Everyone was kind, helpful and professional. I agree with a previous review which states that patients do not feel rushed during the course of the visit.nnDr.Venkat and Kayla, Thank you so much for caring about your patients!nnThe wait times are reduced so much now. I also liked the fact that the practice has made a way for patients to access their records and the referral system is absolutely fantastic. At my previous doctor's office, we had to wait for a week before the referral was initiated, but at this office it is done so quickly. Most of the time I have a specialist appointment booked within 2 weeks.nnI highly encourage you all to call and register at this wonderful practice!nnP.S: Overlook the other negative reviews, I suspect they are always written by people who could not get their way, as is the case with any customer oriented business.

I had a great experience at this office. I thought I'd share my experience here. I had a visit with Dr. Venkat. He has excellent bedside manners. He addressed all of my concerns very well. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everybody was extremely professional. The wait time was very short compared to my previous visits with Dr. Ramos. Keep up the good work folks!

Of all the providers in and around Providence county, Dr. Venkat and his team are hands down the best. Same day access is great at this office. My child was sick and the doctor reached out to me after hours to convey an important lab result and guided us regarding further management. I was impressed with the fact that the doctor genuinely cared about my child and took personal interest in his well being. I have not seen very many medical providers that are as compassionate and caring.

I have been bringing my children to this practice since Encompass took over. I have had a positive experience every time. Dr. Venkat is excellent! I am grateful to him for identifying a problem my son had which was not addressed previously and promptly referred him to a specialist. Thank you for everything you guys do!

As a parent of a child who has been going to this office when it was Dr Ramos, I am saddened at the direction this office is going. If it weren't for the staff that have been there for years and Kayla the Nurse Practitioner then I would have left this practice. I have had to speak to the office manager which I found to look and act very unprofessional. I was shocked when I asked to speak to her and saw a woman in jeans, a tshirt and sneakers. I was spoken to in a rude tone and all the information she was giving me was not correct in regards to billing & insurance.nI do hope there will be some more positive changes going forward because I would like to stay at this practice and don't really want to see the office fail.
