My wife and I have worked with Fernanda for a long time for our homeowners insurance and auto insurance. She is always responsive and thorough! She does an excellent job of notifying us when the factors that count towards our monthly premiums have changed, and always does her due diligence to shop and around so that we can get the lowest rates/best coverage. We highly recommend!!

We have had our policies with Loiselle for so long I can't even remember! Michelle Namaka has been our agent from the start. Michelle is thorough, professional and above all, available!!! She has walked me through many a policy. Either changing companies for a better rate (believe me, I have looked for better rates through other agencies/companies) or advising me as to how to proceed. I can email her, I can call her and I will get a very timely response. I know that Michelle is working for us and in today's lack of customer service atmosphere, it is reassuring that I will speak to a person when I call Loiselle and that I will get a friendly person on the other end. After all, isn't this what we all want?!
