There is a reason why this place has 5 stars!nnTook my mother here for a hearing test recently with Dr. Finch. Mom walks with a cane but gets around okay. A woman who I assumed was Dr. Finch, was waiting outside in the cold when we arrived to offer extra assistance, which was wonderful and much appreciated. She helped mom in and helped her take her coat off and hung it up. Then she introduced herself as the RECEPTIONIST!! She made small talk and asked how we were doing. The amount of warmth and consideration she showed to my mother was unlike anything I've ever seen in ANY doctor's office! She had us fill out some paperwork and offered us coffee while we waited.nnDr. Finch came out and greeted us and we went into her office. She was so kind and sympathetic! By far, the best bedside manner I've ever seen from any doctor. Mom was instantly at ease and comfortable. We left there with all of the information we needed to decide on mom's new hearing aids. We felt ZERO pressure to buy anything right away. We had a great experience here but I had to write this, because my mother just got a birthday card in the mail from them. Handwritten! I don't know if it's because of the size of the office, but the quality of care here is top notch! Dr. Finch and her receptionist Crystal make such a terrific pair, It's easy to see why they're so highly regarded by our ENT. Wonderful place with the loveliest women! Highly recommend!!

Dr Finch was very helpful in getting my hearing aid repaired. When they were returned she programmed them for me. I can now hear better than when my hearing aids were brand new. Than you Dr Finch. I definitely recommend Blackstone Valley Hearing .

Dr Finch is helpful and very friendly. Receptionist greets you as soon as you walk in the door. I think anyone that has a hearing problem will feel very comfortable there.

They are great. She takes all the time you need with her and explains everything. Always feel comfortable going there. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an hearing consult.
