The staff is super polite and helpful. I went to get a smudge of paint remover from my car after being scratched by another car. They were able to wipe it off very quickly and didn’t even charge me for the service.

The service was second to none. Unparagoned...walking into a mechanical institution can be over whelming.... The experience at Jack's was one of understanding and confidence. They advise you in a manner that allows you to appreciate the needs your automobile may need legally or for safety purposes. They offer options tiered out by urgency and necessity and are patient in educating the customer on the right purchase no matter what issue they may need to resolve. Thank you Carlan..

Maybe they are great for walk in service but I needed my water pump replaced so I called them for an appointment. They told me to come in tomorrow morning and since they knew I was coming would block off time to do the work. Well I went to drop of this morning and was told they were too busy please try back tomorrow. Well thanks for wasting my time and making me drive my now smoking car for no reason. I wouldn’t count on any supposed appointment times or even to get in the day they tell you to come. Too bad they are so disorganized because they all seem very nice and I was ready to give them my business.

Went there earlier to do an inspection and was told I was next in line. Some random guy came and spoke to the owner and handed him a $20 bill and somehow his car and his wife’s car went before mine. When I asked the owner why two additional cars went before when I was clearly told I was next, his exact answer was, “ I don’t care what number you think you were in line, you have two cars in front of you. You can wait or you can leave.” Took my car and left, never again.

They have good customer service. The employees are always nice especially 2 in specific. The mechanic is also nice and are all very helpful. I like that they clean your window for you while you wait to get your gas. Inspection is also smooth sailing
