Shocked that they are still in business. Approached them for a sticker, waited for 10 minutes while they kept walking past me. I finally approached the attendant who interrupted me mid sentence and said that they are busy and it’s going to be a while. I asked any idea how long? Kept walking like I didn’t exist. Waited another 10 minutes, seemed like an hour and not a single person acknowledged I was even there. Finally someone approached me, without a mask on, and instead of helping said, you need to move your car. Reading some of the positive reviews, they have to be fake. These people are the biggest a-holes I’ve dealt with in a long time. It takes a lot for me to care enough to post a review. Trust me, don’t bother with that place

These guys are very very rude. Trust me you have been warned. Went there for a simple inspection sticker, was greeted by a rude store clerk yelling at me because I didn’t have registration and keys handy. Keep in mind with Covid, most places want the registration and keys in the car so you are not handing things back and forth, but OK. Once I did that I handed him the registration along with online proof that I had renewed the registration from the RMV. Didn’t take a moment to read it other then to yell at me that the registration had expired. Once the proof was handed to the boss he said, “it’s not in the system yet”, without checking. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I said ok. Thank you. Went down the street to another inspection station where they said of course it’s in the system, they were just being lazy and rude. I had used United in the past, needless to say, they have always been rude, and won’t be going back. If you need an inspection sticker go to Shell on 924 mass ave.

You have been warned! Went in for a State inspection. $135 and an hour later, we finally got our car back. We had just asked him if he could replace the license plate as we just moved to MA. Never going back.

Always nice to interact with an inspector in sweat pants on the phone who makes it so obvious that he’d rather not talk to you. Took my business elsewhere.
