Johnny is absolutely exceptional when it comes to integrity and the work he and his team do make for the best experience I've had when it comes to auto repairs! After many local friends recommended Power Plus I had my front & rear brakes done & was incredibly impressed w/ the turn-around time. He truly impressed me when a year later diagnostics were run at a Toyota dealership that shared the rear brakes looked far too worn to have been done at the same time as the front brakes despite their typical faster wear etc... A simple phone call OVER A YEAR LATER & without hassle Johnny replaced them at no cost to me despite the work being past the 12 month warranty as he shared because he stands by his work is willing to do right by his customers and keep his reputation. If you need work done fairly and done well this is your place - Johnny & his team are awesome!
Did fine job on AC but messed up my wipers. When I went back, met a different guy to charge me $15 to change just one wiper (I agreed as I thought he is going to check the other one). He did not and claimed too busy and just mentioned ~ $200 for the other wiper motor. I went back home and ended up fixing it myself in a few minutes. Won't come back. Their price may look OK on the front, but not their service.
They did such an amazing job with my car. I went twice, and both times they displayed extreme professionalism and good customer service. The owner/manager has such a great personality! Good service from the gas pump guy to the mechanics. 100% would recommend. They charge reasonable prices and are very genuine about the work they do.nnI ❤ufe0f.
I've been going there for several years. I have 15 vehicles and have no complaints.
Great place, Johnny is the best. Does every job perfectly. Im a car guy and I trust Power Plus with my vehicles.
