Incredible service. Prov Plumbing is the reason to go always go small/local business vs. big corporations. One of the coldest nights so far and my heat is not working. I have a young son and 2 furrbabies and I am a single income household, so I had no idea what I was in for. After calling a few places where either I couldn't get past the automated system, they couldn't help me because I didn't have an existing contract or they wanted a ton of cash just to get in a truck, I found Prov Plumbing and got a human being on two rings! The person who answered was understanding and patient and their tech was at my door in under an hour. Tech was quick, clean, explained the issue and what was needed. I was concerned about cost, again being a single income household and the price was beyond reasonable. Heat was up and running that night and the scheduler even called me the next day to make sure all was well – talk about service!!!! Since then, I have shared their information with quite a few people and gotten feedback that their experience was equally above and beyond fantastic!!

I had contacted this company for plumbing issues in the bathroom (both commercial and at my house) and each time, Sharra and Joe did a great job in fixing the issue and following up with me. Communication was great and my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend their services.

A property investor friend recommended Providence Plumbing & Heating to me when I was having difficulty finding a responsive and competent plumber, and I'm really glad to have to found them. Joe and Sharra are responsive, and Joe is able to identify and solve problems quickly. He's already solved problems for me that other plumbers insisted would require cutting into walls. I've had them replace water heaters, fix water lines into a building, restore heat to apartments, and identify and fix baseboards that weren't functioning. I give them my highest recommendation.

Very pleased that I called Providence Plumbing. Sharra fit me in Joe's schedule with very little noticed.nI was rehabbing a home for a flip. My regular plumber got injured on a job site that left me with 3/4 of the job still needing to be done.nnCompared estimates with 3 other local plumbers. Best pricing and availability. I went with Joe, he seemed to be very detailed asking questions and concerns and sounded very knowledgeable in his field.nnI will absolutely be using them for future projects!!
