This is the worst place ever... imposible to call because they always said line are busy and then hang up. I been waiting for two months for a decision and I havent received anything. Office are close due to covid and there is nothing we can do. JUST KEEP WAITING. This is ridiculous.
You can’t ever get anyone on the phone. It’s a shame! I’m so glad I don’t live in Rhode Island. Worse state ever! Waited 3hrs and no one ever came on the phone.

time to sue this place out of existence. been 5 weeks waiting after a injury to receive tdi payments. not 1 cent yet they blame postal service all as they think mail in voting will work. these incompetent workers need be fired. the director needs to step down he or she couldn't direct a lime of ants. the governor's office and governor all need to step down as they don't answer emails. not that i expect her to do anything with less than few months left as ri gov. this failure at RI tdi/unemployment is affecting my health and I'm in the proccess of starting a youtube channel which will expose RI failures and failed office's. time to hold RI accountable. #enoughisenough their new campaign its ok not to be ok is the RI failures who create a lot of citizens mental illness and stress.
I been trying to contact with a representative of UI over the phone to get an issue resolved with my unemployment benefits because the Teleserv system is broken been trying to access the system and it doesn't work. They need more people to get this fix.
