We had our kids passports renewal at this location at 9:00 am. We were there at 8:50 am, the door was locked and no one was there to open or even answer the phone. Not only me many people waited and left. We waited for 40 minutes same situation. When I called them around 11:15 am they said they were open from morning and she don’t know what went wrong. She was not even sorry. ud83dude12

Went to drop off some out going mail at the outside box around 2:45 in the afternoon and both boxes were filled to the brim!!! I doubt it filled up all at once. Are they even being emptied???

You cannot go and mail a package here.. At the post office. I've never seen anything like it

Made 3 attempts for scheduling a passport here, mind you the only thing this location purportedly even does regularly. First time, they didn’t have my name down even though I had a confirmation number and were unable to help me. Second time, they called and cancelled 30 min before my appt, they said the person who normally does them, the mother fell and broke her collar bone, so they couldn’t do it, but also that I should have scheduled it for earlier in the day than my 3pm appt that they don’t do later appts just morning ones. Mind you, I scheduled my appt online which offered appts all the way until 4:30pm and made no recommendation or qualification about appt times. I than rescheduled it for 11am today, 12/26/20. It specifically said to arrive at least 10 min early. I arrived at 10:45am. I rung the bell for service and waited 5 minutes for a person, a man came out, clearly the same man that left the phone message a few days prior, and stated that they don’t usually do passports there at this time, that the lady that does them was NOT IN, and that I should try garden city and he named some other locations as well. At this point I had had enough. I stated this was my third time being rescheduled, that how would I know they don’t do passports AT ANY OF THE DAYS AND TIMES THAT ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE, that not only was my appt prescheduled but that I received about four confirmations saying it was still on and so forth. NOW, his story changes and he states that the lady was there but had simply just left for lunch. Mind you, they do passports fromn9 to 11:30am. Who takes a lunch an hr and 15 minutes into their shift? He than tells me there are no other prescheduled passport appts for that day. So she decided to schedule her lunch RIGHT EXACTLY at the time of her only scheduled appt??? After a half an hr, the passports were performed by an excellent, professional, and organized woman. This review does not reflect upon her, but on this organization’s location in general and the older man that I spoke to over the phone and in person. While I was waiting for my appt, three other customers came in. One was given the wrong package by this man, another one he told he couldn’t find their package, and the third he told they didn’t provide a service for that the customer claimed it says they did online. I would avoid this location at all costs. Each person that came in, had to ring the bell for service, which was most un prompt each time. Save yourself the frustration!

I had a very positive transaction here to get my passport renewed. 12/4/19 around 1:50 pm.nFirst the gentlemen at the window was informative and helpful and the lady who took my picture was the same. Thank you and keep up the great service.
