They have such an awesome cnc shop
Very uninformative! They give the run around and not clearly tell you what classes you need until you miss the deadline. also they do not specify all the glasses you need for specific programs. Horrible way to try to make a first impression for people who want to go to you school.
I had a phone appointment scheduled at 2:45 today with student services. It was to clear my financial aid since it was put on hold when I was deployed and in the army. Absolutely no one called me, can’t get much more unprofessional than that. Apparently veteran education, student communication and professionalism aren’t in your strong suit. I’ll take my desire to get a degree elsewhere- thanks for the waste of my time.
During COVID-19 I have decided to renroll here for summer courses. I have spoken with three different people for help doing that. Although they gave me the information I needed they were all miserable! Please train your people in compassion, understanding, and customer service. They are way to grumpy to be a welcome back committee!
Lovely campus, fullnof resources for student success. This is the community college of Rhode Island. College is free for 2 years.
