They don’t seem like they want to help. They are rude and the energy is extremely off. I don’t do bad reviews often but this place every time has the worst, most rude people in the mall.nnNews flash. If u don’t like ur job don’t do it ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f You’re ruining the experience for everyone else (particularly that older gentleman who made me feel like I didn’t belong, even tho I own a $2,000+ Ring that was purchased from this store and I just needed to get it sized)

Terrible customer service, not helpful or kind. You're lucky if they even acknowledge your presence - never shopping at zales ever again
