My husband and I had originally used Baxter’s back in 2016 when we were getting married to find his wedding band and to also solder my two rings together. They were so easy to work with back then that I decided to go back 5 years later to update my wedding set. I worked with Janina on a custom project to totally reimagine my wedding set because I wasn’t super happy with it. I’m so grateful for her help because I walked in there not knowing what I wanted to do and left there feeling so confident in what we came up with. She did a great job figuring out what I liked even when I wasn’t sure myself. I was given a pretty spot on quote on price and the timeline so I was never left wondering what to expect next. Every time I popped in to approve a part of the project or whatever was needed during the process, every employee I worked with, however brief, was kind and efficient. And the finished set was even dreamier and more gorgeous than I thought it would be. I know I’ll be back to see Janina and the rest of the team whenever I need something next! Very professional but friendly, like a neighborhood corner store. The eye for detail in my custom made ring was impressive. Time was taken to ensure a beautiful result.
