Visited 3 tile stores before going to Best Tile in Warwick. Thought we had a good plan but after working with Jason, it got much better. He was great at listening and helping pull samples until we found our new favorites. He was also great at helping guide us so we didn’t break the budget. 5 star rating for title choices and even better when it comes to Jason’s professional assistance.
Treat yourself to the best service, selection and people by going to Best Tile on Jefferson Blvd in Warwick! I didn't have the biggest problem but Melanie and Matt made sure that I got everything that I needed for a minor repair job. Matt even took a call from me three days later for a grouting question I wasn't sure about. If they treat a small job so thoroughly and professionally, then imagine how they will treat you with your decorating and building needs. Clearly their reputation lives up to their name.
Over the past two years, I have used Best Tile of Warwick for three separate renovation projects. For all three projects, Monique Robert was my contact and she could not have been more helpful. Her customer service is excellent: very friendly, a good listener, and Excellent knowledge of her store’s extensive stock. She was able to suggest alternatives that ended up being better than what I could have picked out myself in terms of finishes for my kitchen and two bathrooms. I am actually a little sorry that my projects have ended and I will not need to purchase more tile! I would confidently recommend anyone to shop at Best Tile for their tiling needs. Their personal customer service is simply the best.

Best Tile, specifically Donna Brennan, was very good with our renovations in Providence. When I placed calls with a message we got a prompt reply. As the items came in we got a call with delivery date and time. It was a breath of fresh air not to chase her with multiple calla etc.
