I've known Tommy (owner) for many years. If you're looking for a cultivated experience where you're checked in at a kiosk, this isn't for you. If you want honest service from ASE certified techs that genuinely care about you and your car, look no further. In a time when many smaller garages have struggled, Herbs has stayed busy because of quality work at an affordable price, top notch towing equipment and guys that know how to use it, and especially their customer service. They really know how to let you know that you're appreciated.
Told these guys week ago needed inspected any what I couldn't fix they could please fix, so pass and be safe for my kids. When finally brought in today had no clue why I'm there, what he said to me and flipped out on phone thinking easy inspection not fact yes needed fix d andi guess didn't want to be paid for it. Rude, yelling, disrespectful, and childish by hanging up yelling let's get car out of here infront of other customers. Joke of a place

Tommy and John were fantastic. My daughters car was stuck in a college parking lot with very little room between cars. I had another tow company attempt the job and both times they were unsuccessful.nnTommy, who I spoke with on the phone was friendly and professional and was responsible for sending a guy he knew could complete the job.nnJohn the tow truck driver was also friendly and professional to my daughter and worked quickly to complete the job and get the car to Audi for us.nnThank you guys for being available so quickly and being successful on a difficult tow.
