Super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!
They are the most creative and inspired flowers and decorations I’ve seen! They have decorated my front doors and planters for years as well as a friend’s wedding ( which was GORGEOUS!)... I love everything Todd and Michelle ( there may be other designers too but my experience is with them) have ever created! I highly recommend them for their vision and execution! They think outside of the box and everything is very tastefully done!

I am sick with the flu at my in-laws house, and the family went out to dinner. The delivery lady rang the doorbell. Not wanting to move and knowing they would have called if it was anyone in the family, I ignored it. She rang the doorbell two more times and was continuously knocking. When I finally came out to see who it was, she had already opened the door and started walking into the house. Mind you we have 2 dogs here that were barking like crazy and were very close to getting outside. It’s amazing enough she let herself into the gated yard, but to even TRY opening the door, let alone walking into the house.... unbelievable.
We always get beautiful arrangements from Downtown Deco. We’ve ordered for friend and family funerals. Also, helped my friend plan her father’s funeral without Todd. We are always very pleased.
