I’ve had 2 operations by Dr’s at Wooster orthopedics and both have been very pleasant experiences. Dr Knapic repaired My miniscus and Dr. Tim Miller repaired my ruptured Achilles. Both Dr’s are top notch and very thorough in their field. I would most defiantly recommend Wooster ortho and sports medicine to everyone out there!!! They’re physical therapy staff is also top notch and a first class group of people as well. They are all very knowledgeable and thorough at their jobs. Just a super group of people!!!! Furthermore, because of the awesome care of my Dr’s, nurses, and therapy staff I’ve since returned to snow skiing and baseball umpiring as well. Great job all around from Wooster Ortho and sports medicine staff!!!!

Worst place to go poor customer service all the way around. Could care less about patients just about money and their time. I will say the MRI technician was the most positive and helpful person I met at this facility. Both visits I was called back to the exam room i waited an extreme amount of time . The first time could barely walk due to broken back and it took a long time to have anyone acknowledge that I may need a wheelchair. Waited over an hour. Today’s appointment I was running late due to work approx 15 mins I get a missed call regarding it and called them back and let them know I was on my way and 10 mins away and I was told “it needs to be approved by the doctor”. So I guess when I make you wait it’s unacceptable. Well it’s unacceptable to make me wait and my time. Also to charge $600 for a back brace that is sold on amazon for $200 is a little much. Won’t be back and will pay $1 every month until my bill is paid. See how you like it when I make you wait!

I've had nothing less than top notch care. Dr. Rodney Miller, his assistant Breann, therapist Michael and all the staff. All very polite and helpful. I want to thank you all for my care. It's been a blessing.

Dr. Tim Miller is fantastic! When I broke my ankle in 3 different places, I needed a specialist. Dr. Tim Miller was excellent from beginning to the end. He and his team were personable, empathetic, and showed that they really cared for my well-being. The scar on my ankle healed up nicely and is barely noticeable! I would highly recommend Dr. Tim Miller.

Truly a pathetic experience dealing with these people. The women on the phone were as rude as you could imagine, they do everything they can to milk every $ from you while making the process as long as possible. I will go out of my way to prevent people I know from going to here. You will deal with a new doctor every day and they pass you off to their assistant more often then not. I never even got my issue fixed before I had to cut ties with them completely.
