I love this place. Even soup was cold and toast was broad late. There was 2waitress. The fold of One of them. Other was perfect.nDelicious food. Clean and accurate place
Great food
We love it there. It was very busy and only 1 waitress to speak of. She was running her butt off, meanwhile a man that I presumed was the owner or manager just sat in a booth and watched. He could have helped and maybe our food would have been hot.
I am very happy that I decided to finally stop in and check out The Bear's Den finally! The service was great! Everyone was very polite and hometown friendly ud83dude0a! I ordered the special for the day, meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy plus added side of corn. Potatoes were homemade very delicious ud83dude0b so was the meatloaf. The entire meal filled my stomach and I was amazed at how delicious it was! I definitely recommend anyone in the area stops and tries out The Bear's Den!! Lisa it was very nice to meet you and I just want to let you know that you are doing an amazing wonderful job running the place! Keep up the awesome work you totally totally turned the place around!!!
Food was good. However, ordered ahead and showed up at the time I was told. Food had not yet been started. I was late getting back to work because I had to wait for it to be cooked. There were 3 people in the dining room who were already halfway through meals. I'm not quite sure what was happening in the kitchen for 20 minutes before I walked in the door. The place was NOT busy. Basic hamburger costs $7. Added a dollar each for kraft single and bacon, fine. But, additional miscellaneous $3.25, was that for lettuce, pickles and tomato? Unacceptable. I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and gotten a decent meal for what I spent on a burger and fries at a run down truck stop in the literal middle point of nowhere. I won't make that mistake again. Service was polite but not until after I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, just waiting for someone to look up and notice I was there.
