said it was delivered on the phone when you press 1 however we never got it. check the website Status:Arranging Your Order Now i called at 12pm an was told they was down a diver however it was going to go out today and it didn't i called before they close an no answer the phone. i use to work for Edible Arrangements and this isn't how it should be handle at all and to top it off i order it on the 7th for the 10th you guys had enough time to get the orders out you also can use door dash to send the order's out if u don't have drivers. i hope someone can give me a call back this isn't okay

Giving 2 stars only because the young lady that took my order two days before I picked it up was a sweetheart. Picked up today and arrangement was messy, falling of the sticks, spongy strawberries and old pineapple. Embarrassed to even give it away as a gift!

Placed an order online for my Moms Birthday 9/5.....THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT! Did not call, did not show and didn't even answer the phone the next day during normal business hours. I have yet to be refunded and My Mom never got her birthday gift. BEYOND UPSET! I ordered these all the time for various occasions......NEVER AGAIN THIS LOCATION HAS RUINED IT FOR ME!ud83dude21

Horrible customer services. Website says open at 9am. Walk in just after and takes several minutes for anyone to come up or greet me. Music blaring from the back. I was told they don’t actually open until 10. I asked if I could get something same day or I’d they would have pre made items I could chose from. I was told to get online and my order could be ready in an hour. So I ordered online, chose the 10:30am pick up time giving them over an hour to make it. Arrived a little after 10:30 to be told that I could wait 30 more minutes for it (they hadn’t even started it). They told me “we had something going on.” I asked them to just cancel the order and refund me and then was told I would have the refund in 2-3 days. No contact information to notify a manager anywhere. No attempt to really make it better other than to refund my money which I would expect. They should have refunded my money and delivered it same day.
