It's a parking. It has car spots that are a bit smaller than most. It is free on weekends. Right now it's in the middle of downtown remodeling so, getting in is ok getting out is confusing. There are these large cement dividers that have to be driven around taking up a lot of space. Now traffic flow is one direction through the same opening. But it's free on the weekends your car is out of the elements and patience is a virtue.

Very clean, well taken care of garage, with large spots. Convenient location for Lock 3 and Rubberducks games. Earvin and the other staff were very courteous and helpful.

Great clean parking and is free after 6pm on Friday.
