I would have not give them a star if if could we literally ran off the road by on of there truckers
Do not ship with this trucking company! They are very incompetent and to say the least liars! Why would you route a shipment from Rhode Island to Florida via Chicago? And then lie saying that the truck broke down and all kinds of lame excuses? My shipment know is 10 days late and won't deliver now until Monday for a total of 13 days! When you call customer service, in the pre-recorded message they say how competent reliable and always on time every time they are. Liars!
Everyone I've ever spoke with seems like they're upset at life. Couldn't be further from customer service, horrendous!
Only if the truckers were honest and reliablen.today boxes damaged & some stolen hopefully they can find the muthafka who stole it
