My experience with the Area Cremation Group has been very positive. When my Mom recently passed, they provided the services we requested in a professional, caring manner. They clearly explained the options and did not pressure us to buy additional services or other items we were not interested in. They have also reached out to provide information on coping with grieving. Dean and Elizabeth have been very supportive and helpful throughout the process and I greatly appreciate that.
Even though the funeral home was the one to contact them, they were able to come through for me on such a short notice. I needed a very quick turnaround time and they were able to accommodate me with no problems.
Very caring and great customer service from Dean and Elizabeth. They guided us through the process and folloeed up to make sure we were satisfied.
