I regularly go and vacuum my car there, and get an automatic car wash. I have nothing to complain about so far.nnNoted: you can come and vacuum your car for free. No need to have a membership. The plan is only for the car wash.
I have a membership here and it's definitely a good place to get your car washed. The blow dryer doesn't work very well so you need to dry the back of your car yourself. Definitely would recommend.
Good monthly packages are available and the staff is friendly and professional. Free vacuums for car wash customers are a big plus. I wish that it was a touchless wash, but nothing is perfect. They've earned my business.
The people who work there didn't tell me or give me any paperwork saying I was on the hook for 1 year for$19.99! They definitely need to train their employees to inform clients that they will only take a credit/debit card for every month for a year charge your card! What a horrible experience!
Do not take your nice car there through their automatic car wash, it will cause scratches in paint and what not. Tried to talk to staff about it and was flat out denied the car wash gave the scratches. Duh. Self wash is 50% shorter time than other car washes in the area. Three stars for the free powerful as it does half the job of car cleaning.nnVery slow reply on email. not sure I will ever be able to cancel my plan. If I go to location, I was told to contact a number. If I call, it says to email. If you email, it says to go to the location.nThe owner needs to see this.
