I paid $18 to was my car on November 6. My car wasn't fully rinse, Scratch all over. I have send picture, contact customer service to get a manager calling me no one has called me back. I am calling every other day. Y'all need to fix my car.
I went to just get a carwash and the attendant pressured me into a charge on my credit card and then later I realized it was a monthly subscription! I had to have my credit card company block the charges because no one responded from the car wash, then Prestige altered the company name and charged AGAIN, and I had to get a new credit card, such a hassle and no refund for the 2 months I didn't use! NEVER use your credit card with them
Do not go here. Bought a new car and decided to treat myself to a fancy car wash.. 27 bucks, but figured I don't ever do this.. I pulled out of the wash after it said finished and my car was covered in water stains. All. Over.nI looked around and no one was there to help me. I want a refund! See photos.
They charged me for a monthly membership that I never wanted nor did I ever receive. Then to top it all off, they said they wouldn’t even issue me a refund. So basically they stole my money and said it’s not their problem anymore. This business is a sham and nobody should EVER get a car wash here! Unprofessional and even worse, they are thieves!
