Efficient and friendly. I've been here many times. Like most drag-through car washes, I presume, you get the best wash when there's a queue.
This place is now under new management: Prestige car wash.nThey do not offer anymore detail services such as interior cleaning or dry towel on the outside.nThe outside cleaning didn’t even take off the bird poop on the windshield.nAwful experience.... Poor quality....nI told the person in charge that they will loose a lot of customers,and his answer was: if there is just 10 cars a day the owners would be pleased... ud83dude21
FRUSTRATING and sad! This place is now under new management: Prestige car wash.nLess for way more money! Zero service, all automated, pushing you subscription, and way less people employed.nAwful experience.... Poor quality.... Not Somerville local anymore.nI told that that have changed to worse and he didn’t care at all.nLost me as a customer. NO detailing and they do not towels dry your car.nPay more, get less, way less.nIt is another cat wash. But very expensive.
Very easy to book an appointment and service was as advertised. They were thorough and and the customer service was great.
