Buckland Flowers did a wonderful job with flowers that were so important to us - a funeral arrangement celebrating our beloved grandmother's life when we were unable to attend the funeral. The florist nailed it, delivery was smooth, and the value and creativity was fantastic. 5 stars!
I sent a funeral plant from a long distance to my Aunt's funeral in April. I picked the exact plant I wanted and had it delivered to the funeral home. What was sent was hideous; my family said it looked like a weed or a salad. It was nothing like what I had chosen. I reached out to Burkland's via email immediately after and received no response. The reason I am just now posting this review is because I need to send flowers to a family member in Boardman and I will never use this place again.
I have never experienced such horrible customer service! Placed a gift basket order, hot the confirmation, they charged my credit card, then canceled the order 2 hours later. Tried ordering another basket the next day...same thing. I called the store to get my card refunded, the girl said she couldn't and gave me 2 different numbers to call. Transferred 6 times to be told I have to wait 7 to 10 days. Needless to say....if someone sent me something from here, I would refuse it! Disgusted!!!!!
Burkland Flowers is a great place to pick up some Roses for your wife or girlfriend for Valentine's Day or other special occasion or a nice flower arrangement for the wife to get you out of the proverbial dog house, or how about for mom to just let her know how much you love her and that she's the best mom anyone could have, or for a sick friend who's in the hospital. Flowers are a perfect sentiment and Burkland Flowers has never once let me down, when I need something simple like a bouquet of flowers or an elaborate arrangement all I have to do is tell them who it's for and a basic idea of what I'm looking for and they take it over from there to do their magic to create the beautiful and perfect work of art that will be remembered for many years to come. Their prices are reasonable considering how much work and love they put into each and every order.
