Definitely recommend Boardman Subaru. Craig was absolutely amazing. He worked with me so well to find what I wanted in the price range I wanted. He was not pushy and trying to make me buy something out of my price range. He was super patient and up front. He tried everything he could to get me a car I could take home that day. He squeezed my car in for a safety check and detailing so I could take it home. He has been here to answer all of my questions and was very honest and upfront about everything. Will definitely be going back and recommending Boardman Subaru and Craig to everyone I know.

The dealership was incredibly helpful and more than willing to spend time with us. Our salesman Vince, and Sales Manager Donnie, made sure we understood everything and the process went well.nThe dealership also offers follow up, one on one, to go over everything on your new vehicle which is really a nice service. They also have a great selection of cars to choose from and a nicely equipped showroom.nLarry and I were very pleased with the experience.

If your thinking about buying a new car or perhaps not, give Boardman a look. This recent new purchase I made from them is the second I have made in less than 2 years.Just like the first they blew me away with their professional behavior, service and product knowledge.Their dealership in Boardman is spotlessly clean and friendly. I recently got a new car. Overall great experience with Kevin. Easy to work with through text/phone so I didn't have to spend so much time at the dealer. I made an appointment to test drive and the whole process ended up taking longer than I would have liked but it was a busy Saturday. The negotiation part was non existent which was nice but leaves me wondering if I got the best deal.
