Kudos to the night shift cooks.. went in at 1020. Ordered 2 quarter pounders... they were fresh and tasty and well prepared.. not what I would have expected at closing.. thanks guys and gals!
The wait in the drive thru is really long. Then when you get to the window and ask for anything like salt or tell them they gave you the wrong sauce, they give you a big attitude. One of the biggest problems is when they give you your food they never or seem happy at all. At night time they're just yelling to other people inside. Less and less professional as the day progresses. It's fast food but no need to be rude or unpleasant.
Drive thru was busy but fast and efficient. No complaints at all.
They are one of the better McDonald's with not forgetting items. However they are extremely slow service. Their customer interaction and communication could definitely use some work though.
This place is always slow and understaffed! They always have one of the lines closed and the employees look like they hate it there, no smiles, dry greetings & sub par service.
