My experience was a positive one. Dealing with the death of a parent can be difficult. Dealing with the death during the holidays during a pandemic was almost more than I could handle. Molly our Funeral Director took great care of me and my family. From the first phone call when I was seeking services to meeting at the facility; she and her team did everything to make this situation as feasible as possible.nnThe explanation of services was excellent and thorough. We met taking all the social distancing precautions, yet I felt as though I was embraced by their staff like a longtime family friend. My mother was in hospice care when she passed and all I had to do was let the facility know who was handling her arrangements and everything else was taken care of for me. There was dignity and respect throughout the process, even with my inexperience and all my questions the Cremation Society of Toledo demystified the events, process and fees and made it uncomplicated for me make my decisions. Please consider them for your needs and at the very least give them a chance to help you understand your options.
Molly did a fantastic job, Was friendly, kind, understanding, prompt, and professional.
