These guys are top notch! Pat is amazing, she will go above and beyond for you. I wish all businesses were run like she runs it. I have been a member all my adult life and this service is well worth it when you need it the most. Thank you again for all you do!

Visited Findlay office to purchase renewal for gift membership which I do every year. Waited untimely amount of time to be waited on. No one covered for anyone and felt like I was intruding and putting them out. Have always done business with Tiffin office which is now closed. Tiffin office was always friendly and everyone took care of the customers. What should have taken 5 minutes took half an hour. Should have closed Findlay office instead of Tiffin.

The office was clean and organized but just about everyone working there was very cold and not at all inviting. I've had AAA since 2004 and in other stores have had very friendly service. I will probably seek a different location for planning our honeymoon. They seemed put out by our being there.
