Now that I have graduated, I have been able to reflect more deeply on my time at Imago. I realize what a blessing it was to me to be able to learn for the past nine years in a structured, loving, Christian environment. I never had to worry about defending my faith, but instead was able to incorporate it into my studies. I was able to concentrate on my work because a healthy discipline is maintained. I was able to enjoy school because I respected my teachers and was treated as an important individual with specific interests.nnAnother way Imago was a blessing to me, and I imagine to many others, was the way it enabled my class to be so tightly bonded. This was partially because of the small class sizes at Imago, but mainly because we all were Christians. We all possessed a common set of core beliefs. We could hold each other to them, remind each other of them. Although we were eight individuals with eight sets of ideas, we were one in Christ which led us to be friends with each other.nnImago has also prepared me for what lies ahead of me academically. By teaching me good study habits and use of time, it has allowed me to be more equipped for any (academic) situation that I entire into. It has also nurtured me into a much clearer thinker than I would have been without Imago.nnI thank my parents for sending me to Imago, I thank God it exists, and I pray it will continue for many years, blessing others as it has blessed me.

The Imago School has been such a blessing to our family in the two years since our daughter started kindergarten. The administrators, teachers, and children are all shining examples of true Christians. We've had such a great time watching our daughter flourish here, and are so thankful to have such a gem of a school in the area!

I was fortunate enough to be a student at Imago for grades 5 through 8, and those four years were my best preparation for college and career, by far. The school only hires teachers who will truly live out the philosophy of treating every student as an image (Imago, in Latin) of God, and their influence is enriching and lasting. The subject matter on quizzes and tests, which were appropriately challenging for the sake of growth, was not the most important content these teachers present. Treating students as images of God means making high demands upon their academic and moral abilities, and the real goal of this school is to educate character, and build up virtuous personalities.

In looking for private schools this school does not have all the bells and whistles. But they learn. I would say my 2 older children are at least a grade level ahead of their neighborhood public school counterparts. The teachers are very caring and compassionate. Small classroom size. Even though the class work is very challenging, extra help is always available. I have 4 children. My youngest will be starting in the fall.

What an amazing school! A great place for my daughter with ADHD and my other daughter who is Gifted. Small class sizes and dedicated, solid, talented teachers help my girls really work up to their potential, despite their special needs. And the arts! They really learn performance art, fine art, singing, scenery construction, etc. Academics are much stronger than public schools, and they get real recess time. My kids love the buddy system they have in place with the Jr. High kids- what a great example they are for my young ones! So grateful for this school and the peace of mind it gives our family.
