I’d like to extend my sincere thanks for the nice job David and his staff did in arranging funeral services within my family. We’re grateful for the care and outstanding professionalism given to us during this difficult time. Even under such sad circumstances, it has been a pleasure.
As objectively as I can be, I would not recommend this funeral home for the following reasons:nnI have been here on several occasions for different services and have always found the funeral director to be rude and hurry people along.nnBut worst is when the funeral home showed up drunk to pick up my friend’s father! They ended up calling another funeral home because they did not trust this man with the care of their loved one.
Wow. Why does anyone go here. Mr. Koch is rude. He hides behind his thousand workers he hires. I liked this place because of its location, but definitely not worth the experience I had.
Dave and the staff do a wonderful job caring for your love ones. Very kindhearted,friendly and caring.
Yes! Mr. Koch was extremely rude and I can only hope that others don't make the same mistake. I'll be using another funeral home.
