When we saw the apartment for renting out, maintenance guys were cleaning it so we thought that after all the repairs and clean up the apartment was good for moving in. On the move in date it wasn't clean, all the repairs were.not done as we were told when we came to see the apartment. So we complained and the response was so poor that they just acknowledged 2 of them out of 10. We gave them benefit of doubt and waited till 2 weeks but no one showed up and we complained again and till 1 more month Noone showed up. So I short the maintenance is very poor.nThere was this leakage of water from the ceiling of the bathroom which was no less than a waterfall.nThe receptionist in the office staff is so rude. In short a very bad experience with fairhill tower apartments.

Even you pay rent ,They will send out eviction notices.when you been to leasing office for an answer they won’t respond.Even though thats their accounting mistake the receptionist their didn’t even respond back to you properly.
